Taco Smell Good
There is nothing like walking into the house and just knowing the smell of Taco Bell. Who doesn't get excited about the beautiful smell of Taco Bell? I want to talk specifically about the nachos, though. The warm, lightly seasoned, yellow goodness that is the cheese mixed with the over salted, crispy chips that accompany it are a match made in heaven. I love Taco Bell's nachos, but what makes them so good? The chips or the cheese?
Gordon Food Service sells nacho cheese that is just as good as Taco Bell's, kind of. It lacks the tiny bit of spice, but other than that, it's the same stuff. Now, along with the cheese, you need chips. All tortilla chips should be the same, right? NO! Each brand is different in taste, look, texture, consistency and in the way it mixes with whatever you're eating it with. The problem is, whatever chips you decide to buy, they're not Taco Bell's chips. They don't taste the same (obviously), they have a more course texture and they just aren't as good with the cheese. In my opinion, based on my experience with the Gordon Food Service cheese, the chips are what makes the nachos at Taco Bell so good, but I could be wrong.
Comment what you think!!

Nacho Cheese is the grossest, yet best thing on the face of the planet. I'm not entirely sure it's even cheese, but honestly who cares.
